Children's Treatments
It is advisable to book a parent/carer consultation before booking Children & Teenagers over 2yrs Old and under 16 in for session, this will allow me the opportunity to get some back ground information before treatment sessions begin. Psychology of Eating - Mind Body Nutrition
It is recommended that a Client commits to between 6 & 12 Coaching Session this will give us the opportunity to make real & lasting changes to your Physical & Emotional Health and to optimise your over all health & well being. The frequency of these sessions will be agreed at your initial consultation. They will generally be Fortnightly or Monthly.
